CAPTAIN BRUNO POSTS A MESSAGE TO THE FANS
Bruno Fernandes has urged supporters to fight for their dreams every day, after he had the “enormous privilege”
of captaining Manchester United for the first time on Tuesday night.
Harry Maguire did not travel to France for our Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain due to injury and, as a result, our Portuguese playmaker was handed the armband by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer – amusingly, he found out while sitting next to the boss in our pre-match press conference!
Fernandes is already an experienced leader, having previously captained Sporting Lisbon, but skippering a club like United is a tremendous honour and he proudly led the team out in Paris.
