It was a night to remember for Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo, as he made his senior international debut, despite England being on the wrong end of Brazil’s 1-0 win at Wembley.
With 15 minutes remaining on the clock in the friendly fixture, the 18-year-old Red replaced Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher in the middle of the park.
Fittingly, Mainoo was joined on the pitch by Marcus Rashford who entered the fray at the same time, the latter coming on for Newcastle United’s Anthony Gordon.
