Swedish-born wide player with plenty of talent and unpredictability.

The youngster has pace to burn and is capable of creating havoc down the flanks. He made his Under-18s Premier League North debut as a schoolboy, coming on as a substitute in the final match of the division at Liverpool.

He made his mark during the 2018/19 term as a first-year scholar, scoring four times in 22 appearances for Neil Ryan’s side, including a Goal-of-the Month contender against Newcastle United in March, following a mazy dribble.

The following season, he was voted the Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year and was close to scoring an incredible goal during the narrow FA Youth Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea at St George’s Park.

A first glimpse of senior action arrived in the club’s only pre-season friendly, at Aston Villa, when he came on as a second-half substitute and he became a key attacking weapon for Neil Wood’s Under-23s, upsetting defenders with his pace and directness. An excellent display against Salford City in the Papa John’s Trophy also showed he could compete with older, more experienced markers.

On 16 March 2021, he signed a new long-term contract with the club and, after being drafted into the Europa League squad, he made a Premier League debut against Leicester City on 11 May, starting the game at Old Trafford. It came shortly after another impressive outing at Premier League 2 level, when he scored twice in a 6-2 thumping of Derby County at Loughborough University.
